WeChat will effectively shut down in the US on Sunday. WeChat ban will be massive! as many Chinese people use WeChat for payments. I wonder if Australia will follow? I'm amazed it was allowed as a payment platform for so long. For anyone that doesn't understand these Chinese payment app...

I've been seeing more and more shops in Sydney accepting these payments. Does anyone here use it? Also does anyone have a shop that accepts it as payment? Interested to know more details on how it's setup and works. (fees, settlement, foreign exchange, limits, etc...)
