I have just been sent a 1998 10oz 2oz 1oz Silver Kookaburra Proof Set. Turns out the 2oz is very noticeably tarnished on the rim, the 1oz has 'spider web' tarnish on both faces and the 10oz has a small amount of tarnish on the rim. Am I right in thinking this kills any premium on the...
