This was my first gold bar purchase and I'm worried that I got screwed over. Is it normal for Perth-mint bars to have such poor quality? The kangaroos are not even close being inside the borders, from both sides. The packaging is not the most common one, so I cannot find much info on it...

I didn't think this would happen to a gold coin, I don't think it's a milk spot any idea's anyone ? This coin is a 2014 Australian 1/4 oz gold 25th anniversary proof coin graded PR70 UCAM by PCGS the spot is on the obverse between the E and T of ELIZABETH.
