They are sold out at the Perth Mint, they will not sell any more of them. They are definitely rarer than most other lunar coins.

Sometimes you have to sell at a loss, particularly if there is a better investment. So if you believe lunars are dead, then it is best to sell them at a loss. Also, $700 is still a nice profit for many. How much did the mouse coins sell for back in 2007?

i think at the moment is definitely a good time to get some lunar bargains. Not many buyers. I think this is true in general, not just for lunars. You should look at sold items not items still on offer. We also have some expensive lunar items for sale in Australia that no one is going to buy...
