As I understand it the 1 oz. Silver Panda was produced by 2 different mints and had 3 distinct versions.
Shenyang Mint produced the 'Small Twig' version with 2 sizes of the date - Large and Small. - Hence 'Small Twig'
Shanghai Mint produced the 'Large Twig' version with the Large Date.

Could governments confiscate gold coins which have a denomination. e.g A $200 kangaroo is gold but its also worth $200 as currency.

IMO If resistance around 18.80 breaks then 20 is on the cards, and if that can hold a gradual move to 26-27 could be possible before some major resistance kicks in
2001 silver was around US$4
2011 it reached US$49
So currently in 2015 - US$17 is a x4 increase in 14 years which is still not bad. IMO silver could be a now consolidation area hovering around the long term up-trend line.
