I'm with you Nukz - if we go into an economic meltdown, industrial demand for ag will tank this must take some of the momentum out of the metal. On this basis I prefer to stick to gold - always revered, never intentionally destroyed.........and a damn sight easier to store ;)

Commodity sell off has raised the risk sensitivity of all investors and Ag is way out there on the risk scale - this share market volatility has sent the hot money in PM's (in particular silver) running for cover - gsr back at 40 tells it all. Fundamentals of Ag solid as ever - within a month...

Just checked out current pricing on ebay - lined up as far as you can see to buy 1kg at $1,450plus - retail supply constrain dynamics are still alive and well!

I believe that the GSR will be your best guide. I think 1:40 is a consolidation point which would see us at $35 in the next 2-3 days. Would be a good place to load up.
