I haven’t experienced a problem with white spots on the QBs. What you really need to watch for is the queen’s shaving nicks. Lots of scratched up queens out there. Lions and Griffins are the worst offenders.

Based on info posted at LPM, appears to be a Korean take on the Lunar year, so this should be the first coin of a 12 coin set. Mintage only 33,300 (midway between 2016 and 2017 Chiwoo). At $4+ over spot, seems like a good deal.

The bullion colorized rooster is the nicest colorized coin I have seen. It looks very nice on the 2oz coin.

Sour grapes from someone who missed the opportunity? Of course it comes in a capsule, read the APMEX description. As to pricing, a roll sold on ebay for $800US, 5 hours ago. Lowest present BIN price is over $50US. Numerous coins have sold for $49-52US. Kooks sell for $35-$60 depending on...

Last time I looked, the lowest BIN on ebay for the 10oz rabbit, which has slightly higher mintage than 10oz Monkey, was $450US. I bought more 10oz Monkeys.

APMEX sells them in capsules, in cardboard 20 coin rolls. Much nicer than sheets, IMHO. Mint is delivering them either way.

In Perth Mint's defense, I've probably sold 1,500 Series II 1oz lunars since 2008. Only 3 coins with flaws, until I came across these 10 wounded mice. In a monster box of Canadian 1oz Grizzlies I bought, over 50% of the coins were either scratched or milk spotted.

Broke open a 2008 Series II silver 1oz mouse roll recently and found at least half the coins had exactly the same error. Nicked ears on 10+ coins. Good news is they still sell for >$10 over on ebay. Bad news, they don't sell for $30 over. Someone wasn't paying attention in 2007!
