I came across a 1/2 oz coloured dragon in a post-office today for $60. It came in a little red box with red lining inside and an outer packaging of plain white cardboard slip box. Ebay has at least one of these for sale claiming it is "proof" but without box or certificate. Is that is accurate...

If my interpretation is correct, he does not seem to be very bullish on silver in the next few years with a best case scenario being if we bottom out June 13th/14th then silver may exceed $54 by 2013. See "The Silver Crash of 2011?"...

How is that these two graphs of gold and silver can manage two different directions? This is not new either, it seems to be the rule rather than the exception when I view this particular chart.
