    $19 the end is neigh!

Ben says they might slow up printing in 2014.....but have they stopped printing? The US says it will pay back all its loans one day also  Ben is trying a bit of jawboning to strengthen the US dollar and its working, not on fundamentals or actual events, just his gas-bagging !

    Barbarous relic

Only imports, Australian-made won't cost anything extra! Maybe foreign multinationals like Ikea that sell an exact same item for $95 in Australia and $60 in the US will drop their prices here in order to keep sales going.

Anyone sold to Baird & Co before (3 weeks and still waiting for $)

Make sure you contact the Police to cancel the complaint and to thank them for their swift action. Always good to know the police will act pretty quickly in these things and their swift contact with the dealer probably was the catalyst for them to finally pay up.

I'm not 100% sure but I think postage of cash & pm's is also not permitted by Australia Post.

Gold on it's way down to around $1,000 - silver tags along

Once the initial "bargain" buying subsides and gold holds around the high $1,300's-$1,400 I expect that price to be seen as the "norm" rather than "bargain".

GUESS THE ASSET: 6 times more rare than gold and and 62 times cheaper

Anyone who invests "decades long" time frame is foolish. 7-10 year investment horizon should be maximum. If you are investing for 30-50 years into the future, I mean, most of us will be dead or geriatric by the time our investment pans out !

    Gilded silver

In summary, yes the gilded coins are typically worth more than plain bullion BUT often their premium over their plain bullion cousins is so high that the plain bullion have a better prospect of a higher % return over coming years.

James Turk- Demand for Physical Metal Extraordinary

"At this level, we've probably gone as low as we possibly can. " -> many have thought this on various assets over the years....a dangerous type of thinking.

How high do you think silver will reach until 2015?

And if I had bet on 17 red at the roulette wheel last night I'd be a millionaire. Fact is no-one buys at the bottom of a market and sells at the top. If you could, forget silver, do it with shares much easier just to buy/sell pushing buttons.

Anyone sold to Baird & Co before (3 weeks and still waiting for $)

At the moment you are an unsecured creditor with this company. If it goes into liquidation you would be left with nothing. Just because you think they are a large company doesnt mean squat, many multi-billion dollar companies goe bankrupt all the time. If you care about your money, go to the...
