Advantage over smaller bars you mean? Lower premium, easier to store, less likely to damage. On the other hand, some people think they can be less liquid if you need to cash out one day. I have used ABC and they are excellent. If you are in Melbourne why not use goldstackers?

Does "downside target" mean that $900 is where they think the bottom will be, ie, it might spike down to $900 and then stabilise somewhere above that, say $1000? I'm just not familiar with that term...

Well sure, that works for nice big bars with flat faces. But this could also work with coins, which are difficult to test ultrasonically because of their irregular faces. I figure the more ways you can test, the better.
