Easy, have a scale mechanism in the toilet that weights the amount of turd produced in one outing which then sends the data to the government. Then find the average each australian produces. Put a tax on the sewerage treatment plants and have them pass on the costs onto consumers. :P

So your saying that face value of Australian gold coins and cash is reportable if it is over $10,000?

Lets say you want to leave the country with 30oz of gold coins. since the bullion value is much greater than $10,000 what are you meant to do?
