Oh yes, Hubert Moolman is also good.

    Best Technical Analysts

I'm interested to know if we can create a list here of what visitors to this forum consider to be the best technical analysts. I'll start with two names I am familiar with: (1) Dan Norcini (2) Alf Fields BTW, both of these men combine between technical analysis and fundamentals analysis...

The Best Time to Sell Silver

With gold and silver being so incredibly oversold along with so much negative 'feeling' about precious metals investing, we need to be think about when we should actually be selling out of our positions. The best time to sell silver is not in one go, but when certain indicators are going off in...

    $1,000 Silver?

As we go through a difficult period of economic contraction and uncertainty, this article helps keep our eye on the macro situation, and is therefore, rather comforting: http://www.myglobalinvestments.com/goldsilver/news/2012/01/the-possibility-of-1000-silver-before-hyperinflation.cfm

    Monday CME turmoil

I am stationed in the Middle-East right now, and the gold/silver markets are open here on the weekends. I was thinking of going and unloading 20 of 82 PAMP kilos tonight so I can go back later and buy more. Is this advisable, keeping in mind that the physical price doesn't fluctuate too much...

    Where is Mike Maloney?

Most of the posts here are meaningless junk with people mocking each other. It's as if there's no moderator on this site. You have to sift through piles of this junk to get at any meaningful posts. Am I the only person who feels this way?

    Where is Mike Maloney?

Because the administrator of this website is almost completely uninvolved in stopping people from slandering others etc., most of the posts here are pretty useless. It's a shame, as there could be a lot of benefit...

PAMP bars tarnished - What to do?

I am convinced on the non-polishing route (aluminum foil, baking soda etc), and that I can do that when I'm about to sell them. What do you think about the passage I quoted above warning against putting the bars in zip lock bags, because I'm not planning to sell for another year or two, and the...

PAMP bars tarnished - What to do?

Thanks guys for the replies. Sorry, I don't have access to the right technology to show the tarnising. I came across the following regarding storing the silver in zip-lock bags: "Refrain from storing your silver coins in Zip Lock or plastic bags... Another reason is that the material used for...

PAMP bars tarnished - What to do?

I have my PAMP kilo bars stored inside some furniture, so I took a look at them after they had been in this place for about 10 months. I was shocked to see that many of them have become black, blue and red due to tarnish. I live in a very humid environment. My question: Should I polish them...

$100 Silver not possible this year

I haven't seen anyone factor in QE3. That is surely coming, possibly at the end of the month. Anything can happen after that. As far as the 'perma-bulls' are concerned, for the most part, they have a good idea of where everything is heading, but seem to get the timing off somewhat. You can't...

silver price manipulation and high margins- faith in Silver waning?

Come on guys! Silver has definitely outperformed gold in this bull cycle, and will soon return to that. Plus there is a rather serious deflation going on, and last time that happened, silver dropped by half! So you should be very happy and optimistic that it is holding its ground and creating a...

Ever walked through airport security with a gold/silver coin or bar ?

Interesting stuff. How about moving from one country to another by car with a major stash of metals. I would suppose gold would be better in this case as you wouldn't have to carry as much. Has anyone done this, how safe is it, and is there anywhere that would be a sure and safe hiding place in...

    Gold Tester

Thanks Peter, Very helpful and insightful information, but the unfortunate thing is that few people will have 10 thousand dollars to throw around for a gold tester.

What do you make of this chart?

Getting back to the original subject, does anyone know if this is the one COMEX inventory chart we should be looking at, or if there are others of importance that we are not being shown here...

What do you make of this chart?

I believe that they are falsely including the ETF inventories for these figures, which means that they are counting silver that is already being bought (supposedly). Perhaps others can share some more detailed insight on this matter.

What do you make of this chart?

Thanks for your reply, AG. I find the whole digital market very opaque and difficult to understand, especially since I do not use it as an investment vehicle. Perhaps you could explain the difference between the SLV (which I know is an ETF) and the COMEX, as well as any relationship that mught...
