depending on the maker ive seen some no names bars go for cheap but on that bar in the pic i have was like 20 bucks.....i figured wth its a semi low serial number bar from a great company that dosent make silver anymore here is the video i watched that got me hooked on these lil fellas...

hmm very true ...yea ill just leave it as is ill only clean it if the bar gets black and do one of them vacuum sealers to "re" seal it

i have a 5 gram normal JM bar and its got some tarnish on it because there is a crack on the bottom of the "sealed" plastic. I was wondering if it would hurt the value any if i took it out and cleaned it up.Im prob just over cautious but better to ask first than later lol

i also have a 5 gram jm bar coming in and was thinking about making it a necklace and getting a bezel made for it but its still in the plastic though...im thinking about getting a 5 oz jm bar next ...just gotta start saving i guess

nope not at all if you look at the coin straight on its black so its definitely tarnished and it was from apmex so was probably sitting around in storage somewhere for a long time... only 13 coins were on the site when i paid for it now there all gone so i guess i got one of the only toned they...

yea i was thinking about it but my birthday is coming up soon so i might aim for one then ...its just these damned toned coins are addicting

Yea i figure at least one proper toner in my collection couldn't hurt. T he coin cost 58 bucks ....and the shipping was 13.95 i almost spit my coffee out when i saw that lol.

And its going to be a rainbow toned silver eagle...i was browsing around on the site and saw they had a toned eagle. its a random year so idk what im getting yet ..but ill put up some pics when i get it.

i love the shipping form monarch but they dont have any gold eagles...15 seems like alot but if you see how they package it (damn near bullet proof) and they tracking and having to sign for the package...i can see why its 15 extra bucks.
