You must be confused with the maximum mintages vs. DECLARED mintages.... Only privy coins over 50k are the 2012 kookaburra w/ dragon privy (64,989) and the 2013 lunar snake w/ lion privy (56,241) Do you mean the earlier privys from 2011 and past years?

The majority of the privys are from the kookaburra series. If you go to ngc's website, under world coins, australia, and S5, just look at the amount of kookaburras that are privy marked....it would be cool to have that collection. I think privys as a whole are undervalued now, but might rise in...

Not sure what your talking about....the 2013 koala W/ chines privy is just a tad over 10k mintage.... most privys are either 50K or under. Wouldn't that be well under 300K for the average lunar coins? Me thinks so...

There is a 2014 lunar horse w/ lion privy, and soon to be released 2015 goat w/ lion privy. I'll be picking up one of the 2014 koala chinese privy coins....

I was looking at a 2007 xi-an slab bed ngc by the same seller, and that ngc number wouldn't come up either. All of those coins might be counterfeit!

What about in the long term? One example I can think of would be the 2000 "mirror" coin, said to be one of the top, if not the top, rare coin to have. I have seen the price dropping slowly on that coin alone. It makes me wonder if the coins of 1990-1999 will have a slow appreciation in value, or...
