Picked up a set from the local newsagent on Friday .. look OK. :)

Checked with my local newsagent and he's just received all the advert "blurb" for this offer. It will come out with the Herald Sun same dates. Seems an OK cost, and an album as well .. I'm in. :) EDIT: oh, and these coins all come on cards. Album and set are named ANZAC to Afghanistan

Thanks Chip , but this coin is BIG and THICK .. around 9mm thick. I haven't been able to find a 2x2 that is big enough, plus I'm worried if a 2x2 would even be enough protection from rim knocks and such, this being quite a heavy chunk of a coin. Great Britain 1797 Cartwheel - Two Pence...

One of my local shops has had three through the till in the last week .. holding out hope another will surface as the shop keepers say they will keep it for me. :D Same shop let me go through there old change (foreign and dirty coins) and I found a few 6d and 3d coins, as well as 5 x US State...

I could take or leave that Liberty half .. but depending on the premium, that Merc Dime and Liberty Quarter are calling me for a purchase. I'm assuming 22kt, like is popular with most US gold coinage.

I'd take 20 x 1930 shillings over a sov .. ;)

I say scap them .. may make the older BU ones I have worth more. :D
