    WTF - 2021 Rectangular Dragons - What are they worth...I have some:D

I don’t see a wtf moment really, just checking I paid close to $850 for a tube the other day not including postage, tbh I didn’t even think about the price. As a collector availability is more important then price, the stacker hat and spot + premium is more important.

    New to the Game.

Welcome. Well you'll definitely get your gold at a better rate per Oz in coins and bullion then you will in watches ;)

on the bright side though, least I have a few coins now I can play with, without too much concern :)

    Queens Beasts scratches/damage :(

I'm in country queensland Australia, only dealers I know who stock these are in different states so there is no walk in option. I've got a decent collection of gold pandas for example, simple packaging, bullion coins, none have ever arrived scratched up. Royal Mint now its 4 from just 4 :(

    Queens Beasts scratches/damage :(

I'm not having the best of luck with these, I've a bull and a unicorn 1/4 oz gold, and 2 platinum 1oz unicorns, all have scratches (from new) to varying degrees :( Looking around online I see plenty of others with similar issues, and know of the mints standard "its just a bullion coin reply" :(...

FS: 1/4oz QB dragon AT SPOT (sold)

damn. absolute bargain. I've a few of this series in 1/4 oz and think many other would agree the way the mint (and dealers) treat these QB bulllion coins unfortunately you'd be hard pressed from new to find one without scatches.

What's the future of silver look like to you?

I think short term falls (and fluctuations up or down on a daily basis), longer term 6months + I think rise again. Suits my current stacking plan, early days for me in stacking bullion.

    Perth Mint "The Simpsons" Coins

Don't get me wrong I have nothing against non legal tender silver tokens, I've collected a few myself before. Always though slighlty disappointed in Perth Mint releases that aren't Australia Legal Tender. I would have grab the new Periodic Table one instantly if it had been :(

    Perth Mint "The Simpsons" Coins

You've lost me on this one  , there's a million and 1 novelty items on the planet I couldn't personally make, doesn't make them any less a novelty.

    Perth Mint "The Simpsons" Coins

Tuvalu doesn't have a currency issuing central bank, the currency issuing reserve bank for Tuvalu is the Reserve Bank of Australia.

    Perth Mint "The Simpsons" Coins

We’re talking a Tuvalu Perth Mint novelty token here though ain’t we? Limited number so flippers are 99% of the buyers, sold out quick so that just increases the desire for some to snap it up at what the flippers are after..... Novelty will wear off pretty quick after a few more rounds of Perth...

    Perth Mint "The Simpsons" Coins

    Dealers disclosing trad-in PM?

Thanks for the replies all, clarify when I say "got a decent price" that was more to do timing a dip in the spot price then getting a real discount. StewyD32, the exact link is not there anymore, the purchase was back in Aug, tried searching myself a few times to double check if in anyway it was...

    Dealers disclosing trad-in PM?

Should dealers fully disclose trade-in PM v New sales? Last year I purchased some 100 kooks and 100 kangaroos from ainsliebullion in Brisbane, bit disappointed that the kooks where tarnished and the kangaroos had the tube seals broken, milk spotted and older then the date I'd ordered. I...

    Size matters? Stacking Silver

Hi Alloy, It can be somewhat of a pain importing anything to Australia. Import duties, currency exchange etc Though a few days ago purchased some silver coins from Canada seeing how that goes (was something I was chasing but wouldn't be a normal habit). I mostly like to purchase...

    Size matters? Stacking Silver

Thanks everyone for the clear answer and the welcome. So 1kg or under should be fine for future liquidity. leaning towards 10oz bars as my sweet spot, though larger may get me closer to spot, guessin if I buy 10oz in bulk I might get part of the way there in discount. StewyD32, yeah few days...

    Size matters? Stacking Silver

Newbie Stacker, Probably a question covered abit but the more I read the more confused I get and guess best to ask directly the people in the current stacking environment. What size to stack ie 10oz, 1kg bars? I've already recently acquired 200 1oz coins, as aiming for a fairly decent...

    New from Queensland

Thanks everyone for the welcoming! Jizlizard, I have to admit the Kangaroos I purchased have some milk spotting, and the Kookaburra have some tarnish (even though they are still in their original cases with plastic tubes) which I wondered about because I've odds and ends of silver coins I've...
