Br frankly, I am unfamiliar with Chinese Mints. Neither New Century Nor Shanghai Mint. I just gathered info from Western dealer who was unfamiliar with Chinese Mints, neither. Who got info from SK Bullion. Anyway, both are Chinese Mints and I am trusting no one now. lol.
