How about owners fault for not protecting his stash properly? He could also insure his coins. It's always simplest to blame someone who tries to run a business.

Why should a pawn shop owner suffer all the money loss if some goods prove to be stolen? As long as the law is so harsh, they will do whatever they can to prevent such loss.

I had an offer for 10kg Dragon at spot and refused it. Too big and clumsy.

I find deflation total BS. All my bills are going up (fuel, electricity, internet, waste disposal..). Food is going up. Taxes are going up. Nothing is cheaper. Paycheck is the same.
