This Month's Meetup is on Sunday the 7th December. It is again at our favourite CBD location, arguably the finest venue for a stacker meeting throughout both hemispheres of this planet.
Being the Christmas meeting effectively, between Redback and I, we will make sure the meet is a educational and fun afternoon for the young ones. I'm looking for volunteers to play Santa.
Currently .... this meet is coinciding with the first Sunshine Coast Stackers meet. So we are in the process of perhaps organising a video hook-up between us, and perhaps even stream the presentations to a wider audience. Let me know in the comments if you think that's a good idea.
There will be a significant update about the status of our community favourite "Intrinsic Tender" brand, and we shall be answering all of your questions about this, including how we can all get involved and support it's continuing place in our collective stacking lives.
It is not an understatement to say that the existence of the brand is at stake. Who knows, these things may become very valuable in the very near future? (Not Stacking or Financial advice).
I'll make sure to bring along (perhaps the last) XAG gilded Bulldog as part of the auction. No Reserve of course.
As usual we will have a few trading tables set up, showcasing a good assortment of precious metal from some of the local "Gold Precinct" retailers, as well as a few private traders with a good assortment of precious metal goodies.
The venue, as always will be revealed by direct message to those stackers who register on this page. We will are running from 1:00 to 4:00pm. So don't be late...
The CBD venue makes public transport easy, certainly much easier than parking, but all day parking is available nearby in Flinders lane at Sunday rates, which aren't usually too bad. Across the road the AOC car park (Manchester Lane) is also available on the Sunday.
As with previous meetups, we will also be inviting members of some select Gold and Silver FaceBook groups.
We will of course be holding the auction, and Sam and Trev will be in charge of be running the Auction.
As always this is the absolute best time to come get yourself a bargain. Prices are pretty much all time highs, and they are rising.... and if you have metal to trade/sell, you cant go wrong. There should be an XRF machine present to test stuff on the spot too.
