i've noticed a lot of cold calling happening recently from stock-brokers both locally and internationally.....just the other day, i had a caller (a stockbroking firm from Scotland) calling me.....on the premise that somewhere in the recent past i had received a call from one of their colleagues...

i'm glad i know our local courier guys pretty well......this is how a parcel arrived at our place last week......

VSR has a good point......we have only seen it "once" go up into the 40's in the last 12 -18 months......and everytime we've had a glimmer of hope that there mght be a "real" vertical tarjectory.....spot has ended up getting a good pummelling......its a nice game to watch...sitting on the edge...

still the same as before......ok....just over $1.00 movement over the day.......but predictable considering all the announcements........i'll get somewhat excited if we start seeing jumps of 3-4-5 dollars over the week....

eagerly awaiting the constitutional ruling in Germany today......this will be a major factor in determining the speed of decline of the euro.....and then eventually the US dollar.....i have bought my chips and beer ....look forward to the show....
