It may have recived a new trackingnumber/shippingID. Have seen that a lot when I order from abroad. Even if the first shipping company is present in my country.

You don't think they are waiting til they have managed to send out their first coin to all buyers, before drawing the 10 winners. Because maybe one of the 10 might not want to wait before they have received the coin and ask for a re-payment.
