Yes absolutely, buying sovereigns at the moment as I'm patriotic and just like them anyway.
Attached to them, no way. If the price is right they will all go. Having said that I would miss them.
Thanks, yes I have been doing more research. Everything looks good inc the plastic seal with square edges and the mint on the side. Just spent an hour studying many fakes, most seem to come from ebay. I got mine from Chards in the UK, Respected dealers.
It's always nice to put your mind at rest...
Just asking some experienced Panda members on here if my 2012 panda weight in its plastic sleeve is about right at 32.8 grams?
Must admit my digital scales are getting on a bit though.
Thanks.
I've just worked out how to open them thanks to some googling. They really are highly recommended though. Just make sure it's the genuine company and not some third party one using the air tite name which I have seen in the UK.
We'll I quite like the look of my sovs in capsules and it shows them off well, these though are just incredibly secure compared to say lighthouse capsules.
Good post and brings home the very real dangers of bragging about your PM's.
If I want to hold conversations then I talk about my other interests such as fly fishing and cycling, never my gold.
I bought some genuine air tight capsules for my uncirculated sovs however they are so damn good i am wondering how to get into them when/if I want to sell some of my investment without actually damaging the coin. The capsules are incredibly tight compared to third party air-tights. Do I just use...
I'm very new to all of this and probably talking rot however these seem such a popular coin and highly collectible, people paying well over spot that I'd be amazed if they didn't go up in value over the next 10 years or so. I think there may well be investment potential for the Pandas.
