    Fact though!

History proves it, racism has NOTHING to do with it.

I'm not racist by any stretch of the imagination. So I say this out of curiosity. Has there ever been a black nation, or one ruled by blacks, that was not plagued by internal fighting?

Bermuda was discovered by the Spanish then later settled by the English.

Take it how ever you like the facts speak for them selves.

all of these African nations that were once under british / European government and handed back over to govern themselves have all collapsed in upon themselves not long afterwards.

Infact I am having a hard time trying to think of an example otherwise.

Zimbabwe is a classic example --- a once propsosus nation that is now gripped by debt( read a news article the other day the countries bank accounts had a collective $200 odd USD in them ) ,
rampant inflation -- one hundred trillion dollars anyone.
and terrible violence and conditions -- just look at what has happened under Mugabe's rule

That is just one example there are many many others and RSA is following along in the same foot steps.

They used to call Rhodesia "the food bowl of Africa" back in the old days.

Fraser was an ignoramus/useful idiot when it came to enabling the Marxist ideology in Rhodesia and South Africa.
Doesn't surprise me that he is idiologically close to the ALP nowdays than he is to the Libs. Me thinks he was a commie spie for the ALP who infultrated the Libs - at least that's the impression/stench he has left.

He and the rest of the Fabian scum here who had a hand in the pie of delivering the whites in Rhodesia and South Africa to the evils of black Marxist rule - may you all rot in hell! You literally have tons of blood on your filthy hands - the genocide of the white farmers in South Africa is ongoing and the worst is still to come.

So you're saying it's all just one big coincidence then?

If stating undeniable facts is "racist" then i'll be a proud racist!!!

Do the world a favour and keep your trap shut when you don't know what you're talking about...

    For real?

I should be scared because America has a black president?

I am more worried that they have weapons of mass destruction. And they have used them in the past. Under white rule.

That would be like Americans thinking that Australians are all from criminal stock and as the politicians are stealing money from the populace it must be true.

Care to explain just what 'President Jislizard' would have done to end the war in 1945?

i'm guessing your tongue is filling your cheek to one side

In the event that it isn't - ummm hell yeh - people (especially Americans) should be darn worried they have re-elected the most left wing president in history.
if you don't know why, just stick around - and all will be revealed

    Hmmm. good question.

I probably would have let our soldiers shoot other soldiers rather than massive indiscriminate slaughter of women and children.

If I had to use a bomb I would have said " Ok everybody, look at that uninhabited island for a moment... Next one is landing in your capital city, still want a war?"

You don't really need the element of surprise when dropping an atomic bomb.

My apologies, I missunderstood you. I thought the reason we should be scared was because Obama was black, not left wing. Which would have been slightly racist.

    Jislizaard,

Do you realise that the war in China and the Pacific was costing 10,000 lives A DAY (military and civilian) in late 1945?

Yes, one on the 6th August and one on the 9th.

3 days for the Japanese High Command to get the word out to everyone, in the days before the internet and TV ownership, in war time. 3 days to get everyone together and try to come to a decision that would mean the end of their country as they knew it. I would have given them a week.

Plus it was 6 days after the second bombing that Japan surrendered, by your reckoning they should have dropped another two just to make sure.

Well there was a war on you know?!

Do you not think that a simple demonstration of the effects of a hitherto unknown weapon might just have been enough. Maybe the Japanese didn't want to take the Americans word for it. A demonstration would have saved over 200,000 lives of civilians.

And if the Japanese were unconvinced by the demonstration then you still have a few more bombs left to drop on the civilians.
