    The 2008 gilded kooks are still hot and IMO still have the most upside potential out of any kooks. (1 oz). They remind of the series I Lunar proofs with it's low mintage and sexy design. (or even the older gilded Britannias which are pure gems)


    They are sleepers at the moment and even presently they auction of at a good price. Its been awhile since they have been on the bay but I would put this coin as my top 3 "pound 4 pound coins" including coins from the Lunar series and even the powerhouse Pandas. The saddest thing is that I have no dry powder to buy a few more as the money is reserved for a big vacation with the wifey. Kinda sad about not fueling my addiction for these gems. Heh

    Save some cash for this year's Kookaburra.
    Everyone who has seen it says it will blow your sox off.
    It is the sleeper amongst the crop of new releases in September.

    It has 500K limit?? I prefer kooks to lunars personally, but invest as if I was everyone else. Still will be getting at least 1 roll
