    Yes, Zimbabwe was full of trillionaires, yet most people were very poor.

    Hungary has the highest value banknote but they quite sensibly decided not to write it out in full, too many zeros would scare off the population.

    I also have some current community currency notes from Brazil, 0.5 cents, technically they are not national currencies but they are issued by banks (or so they call themselves) so might just be able to slip in...
