Definitely the Kookaburras as they differ every year, are high quality and supplied from the mint in clear capsules. Pandas are a nice coin that seem to attract higher premiums than most others. The Mexican Libertads have lots of fine detail and the feel of the 2oz and 5oz Libertads are great. Just got a proof Amercian Eagle in a plush box - that too is a nice looking coin.
Agree Vredaren. 2011 Silver Britannia is a masterpiece for me and the finest coin I hold but what do I know!
For their significant premium over spot when sold, and yet they can be readily sourced for little over spot. 90% silver coins. Meeting demand with supply as with any bullion coin. (and please, let's not derail the thread with an off-topic discussion on "morality") With .999% bullion coins, it was the Fiji Taku (purchased in bulk for approx 65 cents over spot at the time).
no preference, just trying to get one of a kind ... bullion only, with weight and/or purity sign on coin P.S. Britannia 2013 already out ...
Im a fan of anything that costs spot + 10% as of right now any 1 oz silver bullion coins that cost - $33.80 = my favourite
My favourites have all come and gone which tells be that i'm a bar kinda guy. Yep i like looking at the designs on the silver 999 coins but idon't really have a favourite anymore. I agree that the maple leaf design is a good one but i guess i've been fortunate never to have seen any milk spots anywhere. I think i like the size of a stack not the individual pieces. In looking at designs i like looking at gold better.
20 Balboa. Bigger is better. Florins, round fifties. Crowns if I can get them. Would love to get my hands on some reichsmarks if you are still offering, Luke!
Libertads I never miss a chance to look at boobs on a coin. Just kidding I like my ASE's personally. Maybe because I am an American got to have at least one libertad though.
