Buy and hold primarily - i see PMs as a "rainy day" savings account not the be all and end all of investing. Also as something to educate the kids with and pass down to them as they get older. Also a collector, interested in only a few areas rather than a lot. Finally just a slight touch of asset protection in case of SHTF, economic crisis/collapse, inflation etc.
