    By the time I hit 60 the world will be a different place, in fact being 60 might be the new 30

    My predictions for 2044

    Silver will be trading @ 350 per oz
    An average Melbourne house will be 3 million dollars
    Average wage will be 300,000k

    But you are right about them being in my hair haha.

    renovator what postage costs, you can get mail order brides now where you just add water and watch them grow like a pot plant.

    I went to my country of birth in 2007 with the intention of getting married.
    I had phone numbers from 3 girls who had family here in Oz that knew me & my family and i knew them.

    I met my wife on 02/07/2007 and we married on 17/07/2007.
    Our daughter was born almost 4 months ago and all is going great !!!

    I am serious :)

    Um.. So how did you base your decision, if there were 3 candidates?

    Back to the original post - I didn't think it would get so complicated.
    I was referring to just paying off your principle home, if you haven't already.
    For most people, if they can own their own home outright, it frees them up to do alot of other things.
    Whether you decide to sell all or part of your stack to do that at that stage is an entirely different matter

    I didnt contact the other 2 at all.
    Called the 1st one ( best references and stuff i heard )
    didnt even see her foto nor she mine.

    She came with her female cousin chaperone ( they were both dressed in the same yellow shirts and jeans )
    and we all met up during the day and had coffee and cake and discussed stuff.

    Had I documented it all with a video camera, it would have made a great documentary for SBS

    Well with my current silver, and converting my gold to silver for the sake of the calculation at the current GSR I need........... $46 silver to be debt free. Not too bad, not that the debt I have is a problem.... mainly because im not paying off a house :p
