If I answered that They would have the black helicopters out and Seal Team 6 dropping in to pay you a visit. So, I'll save you a secret rendition to a hot, sweaty, dusty middle-eastern interrogation location, where Australian diplomats will drop by to check on what crimes you have admitted to. But if I did, I would be in our, er the US Embassy in Canberra recieving weekly progress reports from Julia, Mark, Tony and the crew, while swanning around on Sydney harbour with Glenn and Rick discussing how are global corruption campaign is progressing  http://www.canberratimes.com.au/new...rba-subsidiaries-scandal-deepens/2368950.aspx Ok, you've got me. I just don't know what you mean.
What i meant Gino is that knocking a few points off the value of the dollar and imposing trade tariffs are the sort of tactics that are used or have been used by the US to devalue their currency. You seem to understand that tactic very well. At the moment, Australia is not playing that game.
Sure. Sorry, didn't get the subtlety of replacing AUD with USD. But why aren't we playing the game? It's the only game to play if we are to remain competitive. Clearly they are operating for purposes other than our national interest. But that's not surprising any more. After all, they get their working instructions from the fore mentioned embassy. Don't look up . . . Duf duf duf duf duf . They're on the way.
Because it is an artificial solution. And I'm a bit sceptical of whether it would really improve our balance of trade enough.
