He never had a hope in hell from the very beginning. I was saying so in every thread since the Ron Paul circus caught a few Australians attention here on this fortune. He never had a hope in hell.
LOL I just found it so funny when the Ron Paul band wagon hit this forum over the past 12 months as though he was some new political force. The new messiah who the world could pin their hopes on if he won the top job in the USA (sound familiar? another nobel price in the making?). It was ludicrously funny seeing all the AUSTRALIANs here on this forum, joining the Ron Paul cheer band wagon, pinning all their hopes of some benevolent NWO led by the old man. I'm sure there might even have been a few who would have taken up US citizenship in the hope of casting a few gold-laden votes for that AMERICAN politician. It was hillarious. One might have had more success wishing and hoping Santa Claus would come this Christmas. The Imperial Storm Troopers were never in danger of losing their jobs............................
Of course. The link was a waste of time.....silly music behind a picture of Paul and some promise that their might be a cunning plan behind his dropping out of the republican primaries. Your point?
"rickrolled"? Come on GP. Thats not the sort of intelligent comment one would normally expect from you. Try explaining yourself a little better. Thats the sort of comment one would expect from the trolls on this forum looking for a bite.
Geez, look up the definition. The video is a hoax. He hasn't quit the race. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rickrolling
Thanks. Explains why the video had 3 likes and 44 dislikes. Your no longer in danger of being lumped in with the "troll" stereotype. My earlier posts on the Ron Paul messiah bandwagon still stand though.
So much negativity Lucky Luke. I am more than happy to state that I support Ron Paul. It is irrelevant that we cannot vote, what is important is the message. I doubt many people think he has a real chance of getting the nomination. I have solid enough understanding of the american political system to know the hopes are slim at best. He is the only honest candidate standing up there though and telling the world what is really going on rather than just delivering lip service to win votes. He created awareness of the real issues and is influencing the policies of the other candidates in a positive manner. The more people that understand what he is saying the better the world will be. Would be good to have a politician in Australia witht he same level of integrity and understanding of economics.
Negativity = reality rather than living in a dream world. I too like Ron Paul. And having lived overseas with an American wife, I'm more than aware of the American political system. I've watched Pauls tilt at the top job a few times now. He never had a snowballs chance in hell before and still doesn't now. The only difference this time, is for some strange reason, he has Australians cheering for him and seeming to take more interest in Paul/American politics than what is going on in our own back yard. Paul doesn't give two hoots about Australia or Australians. Instead of supporting Paul as you suggest, you'd be better off trying to do something positive in our own back yard. Assuming your an Australian citizen that is. Thats what I think of your insinuation of negativity on my part.
