Who the turtle would have said the boat had sailed on pm's with silver near a multi year low, and while openly buying phys on this forum? Clearly you are not only clueless about markets but also have little grasp of the English language. The sentence construction or lack there of, clearly indicates a "boat sailing" refers to the immediately prior sentence ie. PM's.
