Any Bear from 2000 is highly prized by the Chinese Greg, they took the millennium very seriously. Also its probably riding the coat tails of the Mirrored version from the same year a bit of which, incidentally, there are zero MS70s of. Of the expo coins in general the coin show ones are best, there are a few notable exceptions... but the '00GZ is definitely near the top. Both the '98 and '99 show coins are very expensive also. Highly collectable coins.

Yes you can purchase OMP or MS68 should do fine, as Badon says, buy the coin not the slab but... he also says get the best coin that you can afford.

I just recently bought my first slabbed panda and its a 2005 expo NGC MS69, I am only new to the panda scene and wanted an investment coin so I took some advice and got a slabbed one. I am thinking maybe I have payed to much though after seeing these prices.

Is $265 delivered to much to pay for one of these?

    Cheers

Modern Chinese coins (of which Pandas are) generally trade in a range as the markets still relatively young. The ones yennus has for sale here are OMP (original mint packaging) not graded, as such they will sell for cheaper. The pricepeadia has them at $152 ungraded so I don't think $265 delivered is too much for the coin in MS69 considering the cost of grading.

Congrats on your first slabbed Panda!

I was looking at the '05 Beijing expo coin from the Feb Pricepeadia... I take it that's the coin you bought?

Hi yennus if these 2000 Guangzhou Pandas are sealed in OMP with box and COA I want one for $400 if you have any available (maybe 2) :)

I think this a very good price ... I don't see these too often and in my opinion are not very common.

Yennus I would be interested in these in box with OMP & COA if you can find them:
    They are rare & pricey

    S10Y 2007 Xi'an City Bank
    S10Y 2007 20th Anniversary Citic Bank

Also the last three 2011 S10Y Panda Commemoratives

Sorry to crash your sale thread but I (and everyone else) is buying what you have listed here in this thread already so don't see it too bad to ask for others items as well :)
