    Have to agree with you completely. Very good point about that premium drying up in case of an emergency sale.

    I really like your low risk route, on the fracs man... think you're definitely on the right track there. We'll talk some more re; grading and slabbing when I'm in Sydney, will do some prelim research also.

    I'm in the same boat, 68s look the same to the naked eye and I will have to settle for some when I get around to finishing my collection

    It has been stated more times than I can count by some of the largest panda collectors in the US ...

    MS70's are a collector coin
    MS69's are the investor's coin
    MS68's perfectly fine for coins with less than 10,000 to 15,000 Mintage

    Not only do I respect these collectors/investors for their knowledge and experience, I have witnessed it as well with my own collection and it's glaringly obvious as substantiated by auction prices which I am always keeping a very close eye on
