Yes, we have the same things in our water as they do in Africa. Its a gift and also a curse. The water hasnt affected my silver chain at all though.
It is a system from Phat Water although there are many others around. This one is local to Perth. I added on an alkalising filter from Alkaway and a mineral filter from Gundle Trading. I have lots of other stuff connected but this is the heart of the system.
Hey Robert, You're obviously an expert - your system sounds complex! A few questions: Is it true that with an RO system you are dumping about 3 litres for every 1 litre of purified water you are getting? If not, what ratio do you get? Has your water consumption increased significantly as a result? Do you get RO water from every tap in your house? Surely not for your shower and toilet?! What are your running costs and how much did the Phat Water RO system cost? Cheers!
