How liquid is pd outside of ebay and silverstackers?

How many Aussie dealers are willing to buy it at spot price?

    very liquid amongst cars manufactures

Aussie Cars dealers may not want them :)

thought Ford and GM were stocking them all the way up from 900 to 1000

the two rich buyers were long gone

I only have one local pm dealer to go to. He advertises on his website that he accepts it, but when I asked in person he seemed almost repelled by the thought of paying someone money for the stuff.

Pretty sure I'd have no problem selling my palladium emu proofs to my local coin dealer

I have never had any problems selling Pd to dealers or SS. Pd has outperformed all the other PM and will continue to do so for a while longer.
Why would you not buy a PM far more rare than gold and half the price ? With an industrial demand.

As far as I can work out, he's a bit strange, and it was also my first time in a pm shop so he probably had me rightfully pegged as a newbie. I told him it was a pd maple leaf and he asked me if it had the COA. They don't have COA's do they? The one in question didn't come with one anyway. Then he tried to say that people pass off silver maple leafs as pd because, I'm not kidding, they are the same kind of silvery colour. Pretty sure this whole incident can be explained as him being a bit loopy. :)

I assume any PM dealer is going to test it with an xrf before buying it, correct?

Maybe he didn't have X-ray equipment. I also doubt he would see much pd walking in the door everyday. It is an uncommon investment metal, esp here in oz where there is no current local pd coin or bar.

Did he buy it off you? At spot?

No Pd Maples do not have COA ???? I dont think you are strange he is ? Most shops have a XRF and all the coins/bars I sold have been tested even standard bullion.
Pd is as liquid as any other PM and its often best to sell on SS as buyers are keen to avoid GST which dealers have to charge.

Haha thanks all. Byron, I was just inquiring to gauge the liquidity. Ron, I'll sell it on SS for sure when the time comes. :)

I buy palladium at every chance I get and have been doing so for the last few years now.
