yennus I will have these ten I promised you in the mail sometimes this week ... I am waiting for them to arrive.

As previously agreed when you receive them and are happy then you can just send money to my paypal.

If you are curious how they look you can ask fishball as I think that one from the contest may have arrived already.

    thanks :)

Fantastic work guys, love what you are doing here :D :D

Question, if you buy a 2011 bullion panda for the normal price, get them "slabbed" Is that the term? and they are MS70, do they instantly become worth $110? Curious how it all works.

    Cheers :D

Ok so regarding 1oz 2011 Silver Chinese pandas

To be perfectly honest with you Reeves, I do not think it would be worthwhile for an individual collector to buy 2011 pandas for $40 (or whatever you would buy them for) and pay shipping/grading cost for the aspirations of possibly getting an MS70 graded coin. If you submit only one or a few then you would more than likely get 68's, 69's and maybe a 70.

In the short answer is yes a 2011 graded panda is currently selling from $99 to $110 in my recent observations but it's just my opinion I think you would do just as well to spend $55 on an MS69 that is already graded.

Getting coins graded is a very easy process once a person performs a few submissions and I will address that topic in the other thread but it has to be the right circumstances (amount, type of coins, etc) to substantiate the practicality of even submitting coins for grading.

It can be a little more complex than just thinking submitting a coin for grading equals instant $$$ It is not so easy I wish it was so I could quit working ! :D

Looking forward to learning this art of turning bullion into a graded numismatic item :)

    Modern day alchemy! :)

    Amazing!

Thanks for being so willing to share. Much appreciated.

Thanks for the answer, i was jut curios how it all worked. I can image that unless you could really spot a 69-70 urself to submit, it would turnout to be very costly exercise and you would need to do it on a larger scale.

On that note, keep me posted when you do some more shipping and i could be interested in some :)

    Cheers,
    Reeve.

Thanks Silver_Monk and Plata. Unfortunately these ten went pretty much within a few moments after Comeaux had listed them. Some people had ordered more than one, but to be fair, I have restricted each person to just one.

Hopefully in the near future more will be available.

We all appreciate this very generous offer from Comeaux. Thank you.

yennus since the shipment I made to fishball went smooth, I may be willing to make another shipment after you receive your first if there is enough demand for a second order.

We can see about it later ...

Thanks Comeaux, I hope that "I may be willing" turns into "I am willing" :)

I'm sure it will all go smoothly :)

Good quality graded Pandas are difficult to come by in Australia. But hopefully this will change from today onwards :)

There is enough demand for a second order; many people desired more than one, but due to the limited supply, only 1 per person at this time.

I think from all the messages and forum posts, a total of 30units would be a good estimate of current immediate demand.

    Thanks again.

I hope there is another time :)

It all hinges on the generosity of our dear American Panda brothers :)

We certainly can't force anyone to sell their Pandas at near/below cost :)

$55USD... wow... that really is an amazing price... it was not so long ago that BU 2011 1oz Pandas were about that price.
