    I have been lucky enough to get a few graded Pandas and will put two of them up for auction when I recieve them.

    Step 2: Select "Grading & Submissions" and then click on either "Submit US Coins" or "Submit World Coins." Submitters have the choice of using an interactive PDF form or the step-by-step online process. The instructions that follow are for the step-by-step online submission form. If you are submitting coins for conservation, select "NCS Fillable PDF Submission Form."

    I'l be doing the "NCS Fillable form" as I'm getting the coins conserved first.

    $22.50 US/coin covers conservation and grading, PDF form is easy to fill in, looks daunting at first as there's so many pages but when you add info to the first page it is duplicated on all the other pages. Shit some people are smart what can make that happen!
