Yes, there is nothing left of the Smack Up on Friday Night haha. How can these Smack Ups then serve as an argument against the claimed manipulative Friday Night Smack Downs?
The Smack Down happened on 30 january, and not much changed friday, end of day price about same as starting price. So far 'Friday Night'.

    What do you mean?
I am constantly bombarded with the manipulation hypothesis every time PM prices move significantly, and might finally be considering the possibility!
Are you suggesting manipulation only occurs to the downside?! :|

This is the first real friday night Smack Up this year, the others actually got again 'smacked down' between the Big Mac eater and friday markets closing.
A week ago I swapped my 8 months fiat bankstack to wallet silver coins, so no problem with this smackup, time to bankstack fiat again, until after the smackuppers become again smackdowners. :p

Manipulation happens between the up and down. When they try to convince others to buy after they drove the price up, and when they try to convince others to sell after they sold the price down.
    An example:
$38 04 april 2011 "Great way to start the week......don't you think?"
$39 05 april 2011 "39 ...One more step up the ladder"
    $40 07 april 2011 "Thursday..............Yet another up day"
    $41 13 april 2011 "Hump Day...........Up Day"
    $42 14 april 2011 "Killer Thursday............Movin' on up"
    $43 15 april 2011 "A Fabulous Friday............Great Finish For The Week"
    $44 19 april 2011 "Monday.........Up Up and Away"
    $45.5 20 april 2011 "A Whale of a Wednesday............45+"
    $46.50 21 april 2011 "A Thundering Thursday...............Look at that puppy go!!"
    $49.50 25 april 2011 PEAK 1 - FIRST PROFITGRAB
$45 25 april 2011 "Monday Mayhem.............Y'all survive? Monday Mayhem............Y'all survive? What a day. Actually, not all that bad. The long term trend is still up. Just a minor bump. A "little" more volatility than usual."
$46 26 april 2011 "A downturn of 2 days or 2 weeks is not significant in the over all scope of things"
    $49.50 28 april 2011 PEAK 2
    $48 29 april 2011 "Silver..........Something to consider"
    $44 1 may 2011 SECOND PROFITGRAB
$33 6 may 2011 "Silver...If you are never going to sell, what benefit is it to you?"

Notice how BEFORE spot was dumped back to $33, he's like a balloon covered with positivity stickers.
At $48, close to the peak, he even says that silver is something to consider, as like people that were hesitating, should consider buying then.
Notice how AFTER spot was already dumped back to $33, how he starts (!) to talk about selling.

    Trick them into buying high.
    GRAB THE PROFIT
    Trick them into selling low.
    BUY BACK IN

    That's the 'manipulation' haha.

Btw, it was a reputable TA 'Technical Analysis' guy there. :D

And he also liked to talk about manipulation!

And then 1 year later, that 'recent years price increase' argument also got dumped into the void.
But he was right, it's indeed for 'profit', and this term/kind profit implies loss elsewhere on this market, being the suckers that he tried to lure into buying during the $40-50 price trend.
    Just a minor bump!
    not all that bad!
A "little" more volatility than usual.
A downturn of 2 days or 2 weeks is not significant in the over all scope of things
And just a couple days later, the price was dumped down $18. :D
And a downturn of 2 years started, where the price was dumped down further another $12. :D

Fairly weak argument for manipulation - resorting to the typed words of a random internet nobody?

Look in the topic list. :D
Check how many ask, and listen, to the typed words of "random internet nobodies". :D
Speaking of a weak argument! :D
