Well they should come in ~$42 USD cheaper at the moment, because there's 1.1g less gold.

Panda premiums are all over the place though from year to year. I haven't seen any wholesale pricing for 2016 Pandas yet.

The highest premium I acquire my 1 troz gold Panda is about 5% of ask gold spot. On the average about 4%. Below 4% is a bonus, higher than 5% I pass. For the 2016, the same pricing strategy prorated to 30 grams actual gold content.

From the official release announcement, October 28, 2015. It should get to the international distributors/dealers by the end of November.

Hope no delay. Some official mints are busy with manufacturing some stuff for online platform. Many schedule stuff have delay due to this.

How about the proof coins (e.g. Au 50g, 100g, 150g etc)? About how much % premium should one normally expect? Thanks.

And Pandas are more likely to be climbing trees or something else. Helps with weight management!

LOL, I suggest that we organise a tour to some of the china mints and then go visit the panda hometown. So you will know what they do all the times....:D

The above pictured are fakes! The reeding is NOT diagonal.

I do not take the real coin to compare.

Please post one real con and circle out the "reeding" which you claim is fake.

Anybody familiar with China Panda troz silver and gold know that since 2002, they have diagonal edge reeding.

Would love to see smaller sheets. Would like 15 ... 20 on a sheet.
The smaller the sheets are the easier it is to sell them back in sealed condition.
