Wow lucky you mate, property will always goes up especially in that nice area in Sydney. As for me, I just started to accumulate some Gold & Silver hoping that it would jump up in the price when property bubble is popping or collapsing :/ correct me if I'm wrong.
Nah I sold out of property 5 years ago, I now rent. But my capitol has done as good or better than property so not complaining.
