Have to say I agree here. While this place sounds like they are indeed making a tidy profit from lowballing people, no one is forcing the gold owners to sell to them. If they aren't willing to do their due diligence, who's fault is it? ...bit different if they know the person is selling their last piece of jewellery and their family is starving of course.
