Dam it feels good to be at the headend of this bull market, not at the tail end after the mania stage is already active.

If there is a mania stage how do you propose it can happen if there is no silver left ? You cant just build more silver like they did with property .... how would a mania stage play out, its very interesting to think about ....

I would assume the general population will get into paper silver when the mania starts, that's my guess though.

Na i dont think that could happen if the short squeeze is already in play at the moment. Whoever at the time has the balls to play the paper game will have a hard time delivering if this trend continues. Even now the paper game is already starting to unravel. Imagine what it would be like later, there would probably be no more premiums cause paper buyers will call for and expect their physical.

The reason why im saying is if mums and dads can get into this market then it would give us early adopters time to get out and cash in safely but if its a meteoric rise up to the point that mums and dads cant get in, it would be a meteoric fall, specially if this trade doesnt make it to mainstream. Reason being is everyone in the market will be well informed and It will get to a point where some big money wants to take profit and it will be a drop from there.

If you look at what happens to markets where the uneducated investor is involved then you can look at the property market. Dead and declining and yet people still getting in thinking they just made the investment of a lifetime. Gives the smarter ones abit more time to get out cause the uniformed keep it propped up for that much longer.

If the silver trade moves up so fast it doesn't leave time for the uninformed investor to get in then it leaves us at the bottom of the food chain. I mean the reason we know whats happening in the market is from news and rumours, however this is still only 2,3 even 4th hand information, none of this would suffice if we have silver close to $120 and some big money decides to take profit. Only people in wall street will know to sell leaving us holding onto silver thats declining in price.

I guess thats why we need to execute our strategy based on certain checkpoints, not on a certain price or by trying to pick the top tip of the charts...... hmmmmm

I'm flabergasted. 6:42am Sat morning and I wake up to 35.40.

This "investment" (for want of a better word) that I got into when it was $28 has now risen 25% in two months. :)

But I don't know much about percentages, so until i'm corrected I'm flabergasted.

    I'm still a buyer at 35 and a happy #3

pmstacker, you have a point. I hope it doesn't play out like that. But if it does, the mainstream media will pick it up at some stage, and bring the mum&dads in. The "pros" would be aware this will happen, and perhaps will wait for that meteoric rise, before taking profit. That's where we've gotta be dilligent, and not hold out too long. It will probably be a short lived rise, and best to get out on the way up. Stay aware it'll be short and quick.

I reckon at 35 there's gonna be a flood of sellers anyway. Buy in the next dip ;)
