There is deals happening now in real estate and probably more to come if things continue.

I just got offered a residential development site for 1.5 mil, it was previous listed at 2.2 + mil, deceased estate, kids want there cut i suppose. Will they negotiate, defiantly, is it dirt cheap, not really, but its extremely well priced if that is what your into, building small townhouses in inner Melbourne.

Notice statement of info quoted price

I have seen in the commercial side quite a few developers pull out of projects and just as many do a 180 degree turn and sell decent sites.
One in inner west large factory on main road as flipped a few times recently, now its back on the market. Its an ideal site to bulldoze and put a bunch of small factories/warehouses on, then flick them off to SMSF's who are starting out, and or keep a few for rent.

For anyone who wants a sticky beak.

What does all this mean, I think people who have strong hands and have a low loan vs income will probably sit tight and hold on for the ride.
People who have really stretched out recently and or have had incomes drop, whether it be business, or passive income fall off a cliff will be looking to sell sooner rather than later.
Also have noticed a lot of people selling retails shops in areas where big premiums were vs income ratio. I think the smart money has realized retail is dead and tenants can not afford to pay 5K a month for a tiny crap hole of a shop.

CNN fake news caught in the act (with video):

Hungarian Minister Challenges CNN's "Fake News" About Suspending Parliament

    https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/h...es-cnns-fake-news-about-suspending-parliament

CNN accused Hungary LIVE about "suspending the parliament". FALSE! There are live footages of the Hungarian Parliament debating, voting laws. This happens almost on a daily basis, even today.
CNN simply invented that the Hungarian government has "suspended the parliament".

This is just one of many lies of the fake news propaganda apparatus, just that this time they were caught in the act. Hilarious!

Hungary has always been the target of globalist-liberal media due to their taxing of the banks, pro-family, pro-traditional values policies, anti-illegal migration policies, anti-Soros madness measures and also due to the fact that they refused to take a massive IMF loan, when they were constrained to do so.

The Hungarian government is doing simply what people expect them to do, reason why they won 3 elections in a row: 66 % of votes (2010), 66 % of votes (2014) and again with 67 % of votes (2018). This is considered "antidemocratic" by the EU-Soros-Liberal triangle.

    Those boats are near Singapore?

I heard 30 or 50 of those boats are "anchored" in the Singapore Strait, out of use.

Are they filled? I wonder... Mike Maloney said he's investing in these companies (oil shipping by sea), because more and more oil will be stored aboard boats, not on land.

Zerohedge looks like a low-tech blog started by an "armchair expert" called Tyler Durden.

From this point of view, it reminds me of Bitcoin, which was also started allegedly by a "secret smart guy" (Satoshi Nakamoto).

That's not to say they have no credibility, it's just funny.

they did it a lot, with the last paragraph where no solid backing just pure speculation/sensations but that comes with free news
that is the reason for community discussions, the facts can be easily established
on the ground check usually come later on

Tyler Durden is a character in the movie Fight Club played by Brad Pitt. If you check the avatar on ZH you will get confirmation that this is where it’s from. The character has a strong ideological bent which is obviously shared and reflected in the ZH attitude. Articles written by Tyler Durden are effectively anonymous. It could be multiple writers and quite possibly psy-op / propaganda.

That said, there are also a lot of other writer that appear on ZH. I treat it as a kind of alt-news site which rolls up articles from lots of different anti-establishment blogs and sites. Take it all with a grain of salt but sometimes things do show up on the radar there first. Critical thought is definitely required to sort through the BS though.

ZH is a good lead to issues that miss the MSM, and a good start for your research.

There is not a single news source that doesn’t included a lot of BS. Reading news to understand the tenor of the mood and trying to understand what is happening - it is an art form imho. If you can’t read an article and discern the shit from the shinola then stop reading news now as all that will be happening is that you will be manipulated by the propagandists world wide.
