I believe the VAT is escaped buying in Europe. Gives a wider scope. My preference is: 1. Lunar snake 2013 (10oz) 2. Kookabulla 2013 (10oz) 3. Koala 2013 (10oz) If anyone has 5 mins and knows any sources I would be seriously happy to have the help.

(But they only have 2014) For previous years check gold.de (use google chrome to automatically translate if you don't read German) you can probably find a German dealer who has previous years for good prices. Then just email them in English (even if their site is I'm German) and see if that particular dealer ships to the UK. A real shame your coin arrived like that. I hate it when I see that someone has removed a coin from its mint capsule and put fingerprints all over it. Why oh why would someone do that?!
On Gold.de the 2013 is - Koala 249,00 EUR (this is at current 202!). I had hoped it would be around the 170 mark
Yea, probably better to buy previous years from other stackers if you can find someone selling one. You could try placing a wanted topic in the trade section.

I have so far (after having to get ebay to send a hard e-mail). Received half the amount in GBP and less than the other half in USD with a currency conversion rate. This is seriously frustrating. Why do people have to be such idiots and dishonest?
Ah that's not so good. I thought eBay/PayPal always favours the buyers but obviously not completely. I dislike eBay/PayPal, I try to avoid as much as possible though it's hard as PayPal is used and accepted by many.
I'm still outstanding a small portion of the amount but is still more than enough money to warrant perusing. I'm just glad I've got the majority back in my control. It enables me to purchase another coin (hopefully this time will be as described and new). Will have to wait until the 13th to escalate with ebay unless the seller decides to refund the remaining balance before hand. Once I get another coin i'll post it up
Germany. It would have cost be insane amount of money from AUS. I'm happy as I now have 2013 (year my daughter was born) and can collect the years going forwards much cheaper. I shall get a 2014 10oz Horse before the years out
