Hi I'm new to the forum, I've been collecting since the beginning of January 2015. Today I picked up a 10oz RCM from a reputable dealer and after getting the bar home I noticed that their is a fairly large error as the edge on the left and the bottom are extended way higher than normal. Basically looks like the die wasnt aligned and the silver seeped out the side and bottom causing a 3mm raised edge that is razor thin. I have tried looking this up on google and I'm not getting anywhere. Has anybody seen this before? Coming from the RCM in suprised this made it out as usually thier bars are top notch.
I totally understand however I'm not sure how to post a picture as I said I'm new here.....and I don't use any picture hosting sites.
you can use the Forum upload picture feature, You will need a picture before you can do that. http://forums.silverstackers.com/uploadimg.php
Alright here are the pictures..the left side and the bottom both have this raised edge.... It's really odd as my other bars don't have this. I'm assuming this is a die alignment error http://imgur.com/a/hMZ66
