I think i'll add some 5oz libs to my collection then. I'm new to libs do they come in stacks of 4 or 5?
Hi Chubby. Normally the 5oz come in a plastic mint tube of 5. It's not really a tube more like a case with individual slots for each coin and a removable lid.
Thank you Ironwood, I was only able to find a 4 pack on ebay so I went ahead and ordered it. Choice for some reason is not carrying it and I couldn't find anything else on google. From what I can gather so far living in Canada my options for Libertads are very limited.
So your the one that bought the other coins. It's the only listing on ebay. It was my resort to. I've been watching the sale today. Bought four this morning. Beats the hell out of the price on APMEX. Hopefully all will be ok. The seller has good feedback. Guess we'll find out eh! Edit: It WAS the only listing. Apmex has them listed now Been watching the websight today, they've only sold 1 all day
^ I bought another Surely someone visiting this forum knows more about the allocation of the 5oz. There just not speaking up.
I'm unsure about the mintage because the year is not over, but after checking the price of most of the previous years I figured it seemed like a good buy, worst case scenario I'm adding some silver coins that I don't have many of to my collection. Yes the seller has good feedback. It's a pre-sale so I lets hope for the best.
This is really, really, really his last 5oz Libertads http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-Libert...7660869?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item540e5455c5 http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-Libert...5254575?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item5d4edfe52f
Hello all, sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but are the 2014 kilo libertads still available? Also, how much do these bad boys usually run ?
I have a 2011 kilo libertad (not the proof like). I like it because it has a larger diameter than the Lunar kilo coins, and impressive to hold/look at.
Since you are in the US, you can try the usual sources like APMEX and eBay (prices usually better on eBay) but you may also try a distributor like Don Bailey: http://donbailey-mexico.com/ .
