Truly a loss to the community and these forums, may you rest in peace Maggie, and my sincerest condolences to the entire family.
Maggie was such a pleasure, one of the most helpful people in my beginnings with stacking and on this forum. For the short time I have known her not a single of my silly questions was unanswered, her kindness and honesty will be sorely missed. We are less one remarkable individual and we will all miss her dearly. My deepest condolences to Russ and their family.
Can Someone attend the funeral on behalf of all of us and bring home the funeral booklet to share with us. Rest In Peace Maggie
My first ever trade on this forum was through Maggie and every subsequent interaction with her was an absolute pleasure. Maggie you will be missed by us all, you could always be trusted and relied upon. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us here at silver stackers. :-(
I didn't really want to post twice here. But Maggie got me some hats I couldn't buy in Australia from the US for me which I really appreciated so I am off out today and grab my hat and chucked it on and thought of Maggie and said a little thanks and a little tear, so I am sure she knows how we all feel so my hats are even now more special to me Thanks Maggie!! G
Such a generous lady. In every email and PM there was just this warmth and kind-heartedness. RIP Maggie, you will be missed. My heart goes out to Russ and family.
This is so sad news. I made several purchases from Maggie. I never met her and i live in Sweden, far away from Australia. But she was so easy to talk to, nothing was ever a problem. She was a really nice person. I got a lot of conversations in my PM that i just looked through and....well.... im so sad. Some quotes from Maggie that i think really shows what a nice person she was: Have a lovely Xmas and new year. No worries Max. Take care As always Maggie Thank you Max. You have a magic day Kindest regards Maggie Have a great week and take care Thank you Max,You have a great weekend Yes Max, they are waiting for my husband to pick them up at PO : ) Won't be long now Kind regards Maggie My condolences to Russ and the family. Rest in peace Maggie.
My condolences to her family. May you rest in peace Maggie I would like to add I just received an order I placed with Maggie today! I'm not on SS forum all the time so I had only found out today that Maggie had sadly passed away on the 24th of June. I just want those close and dear to Maggie to know that I will keep this coin in remembrance to Maggie. I never met her but when ever I dealt with Maggie she gave you a feeling of appreciation and a friendly personality. Thank you Maggie
I cannot believe this, I am in shock, this is just terrible news. Maggie was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with here, or anywhere to be honest. I can't even think of the words to express how sad I'm feeling right now, it's just so sudden. I am truly sorry to her family for their loss, she will be missed.
Back in my eBay buying days before I joined the forum, Cheryl as I knew Maggie, use to send me a little card with my purchases. It's funny, but this picture is always as I imagined her. She is missed. Rest in peace!
Hi all, I received a package in the post from Maggie today and on opening I was so choked up I shed tears. What does that tell you about Maggie? Sorry I had to pour this out
Such sad news when such good people like Maggie leave this earth way to early my thoughts are with the family. Maggie was even so generous to have contacted me through private message and send me an ounce of silver unannounced to fulfil a deal that went sour with another member that silver coin arrived today when I found out this devastating news I will cherish this wonderful gift from a wonderful woman who I didn't even know. Maggie you are what many need to learn from RIP.
I've been inactive for many months here, and so have just caught up with the news of Maggie's passing... What an impact she has made, and how we will miss her. A part of this community for so long, and always helpful, honest, a peacemaker, an advocate, a pleasure to associate with. In many ways she has represented all the good things about SS. Farewell gracious lady - may your rest be lined with silver and paved with gold. - ST.
Morning all, I just got the news. I don't often shed a tear for people who have passed - however, Maggie was different. I put Maggie down as one of, if not the most helpful, caring, friendly and grateful souls I have seen on any forum. Always ready to respond and always in a positive way. She was one of those rare people that the world is far better off for her being in it. She is and will be sorely missed. My condolences to her friends and family and really my condolences to all who she came in touch with - there would be very few who Maggie touched that will not feel sadness at this passing. Goodbye Maggie and thank you for the privilege of meeting one very fine human. Gazza
I will treasure my 2010 1/4oz Gold Panda and many other Silver coins I received from Maggs even more now. RIP sweety. Scorp
