Just an overprint on the box then, meh, I never really did understand packyboxitis, Happy to get one at issue price but I wouldn't pay much of a premium for the packaging alone. Thanks
well most of them should stay in Australia and very few should go to overseas dealers and the least to the americans. apmex.
im glad i did go. i thought i was early... but when i arrived there the line was already massive. i think 5 mintues after i bought mine they made the annoucement that they werent going to sell any more today..... very lucky indeed. even luckier that one of mine was mintage #188.
stextc the show price is 172 but to get in its $10 for adult. so unless your a child or have concession u are in fact paying $2 extra then the rrp. but i highly doubt the dealers will be selling the rrp. my guess is that they would put premium on them once the ones at the shows sells out.
Went to the show today and yep all gone, hey silver stacker the link you put up for the German site does say with box and coa but that`s all i can make out, tried to order but can`t understand can anyone give me some help or advice please.
You would have to be nuts to pay $1000 for a 2oz coin let alone $500. PMSL they are worth no more than $85 IMHO. All hype thats all it is. I wouldnt buy even if there were only 100. What sort of idiot would pay even $250. Its a 2oz silver coin people. I'm totally stunned. Perth Mint sure have a lot of people sucked in. Scorp
It is selling for $98 plus about $8 postage, that`s got to be worth it surely if it`s the same coin??
No box nor COA. How about we make a bulk order, 1000 coins, and then we have some boxes printed in China, all with number 88
Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I'm not in Perth so very little chance of getting that coin anywhere close to the issue price.
When they made the 40000 coins at the Mint, they hired 100 experts who looked at all the coins under a microscope for one week. Then they picked 1000 flawless ones and put them in the ANDA boxes. That's why the ANDA coin will be graded higher than the silber-corner coin!
I remember my gf buying the 2oz Coloured Tigers for $119 each. Was expensive back then, but I guess its cheap now. I was with a few SS members at the time. No-one wanted to touch the coloured coins back in 2010. I didn't even buy one. She liked the design so she bought it.
