Here's a link to the item on his webpage...not sure if he'll ship to Oz, I think so, but not totally sure. http://www.yeagerspouredsilver.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=133
I think it's kind of neat. But maybe I am a bit of a bullion purist in that I am not so much into all the silver items they make now that aren't bars or coins. For example, one of my stores has all the silver bullets, from 45 cal to 50 cal and 12 ga shell, plus a duck call. That stuff doesn't sell much but it is expensive as far as premiums go. However, I do kind of like the idea of a silver skull, but maybe want it a bit more life like. Maybe a kilo size would be cool. Would be good for Halloween I suppose. Jim.
Yeah, they'll ship to practically almost everywhere, from what I've heard. Anyway, looks like these had a large initial rush earlier, probably to try to get those lower serial #'s.. Since slowed down to a normal pace. And the site didn't crash!
As an aside.. Apparently the 1-oz Peace Symbols have been quietly retired. And from what I can see, the only ones still up for grabs, anywhere, are here.. http://www.perthbullion.com/shop/detail/ypspeacesymbolsbo1/
I wonder what happened with the Peace Symbol hand pour? Too difficult to make? Not popular? KAOS was victorious over the hippies?
Everyone has the peace symbol upside down which incorrectly means the opposite of peace. It should represent a tree of life pointing outwards, not downward. Meier material - As far as this specific symbol is concerned, please notice the familiar looking central portion of the figure with what appears to be our own familiar peace symbol turned upside down. According to the Plejaren, it is actually our peace symbol that is upside down, effectively creating a more martial, upraised sword-like image, the very antithesis of peace. This may help to explain why many "peace protests", with protesters carrying placards with the familiar peace symbol, often have a more agitated, militant (rather than truly peaceful) feeling about them. The central portion of the Salome Peace Symbol, inverted from our own, is more representative of a "Tree of Life". In fact, the entire Salome Peace Symbol can be seen to convey an upward and opening energy, a more all-embracing, peaceful image. Consider what might be possible if millions of people who sincerely desire peace were resonating with a more harmonious image, and internal sense, of true peace. How much more "powerful", in a non-aggressive way, might the collective energy be for peace when people embody the energy, essence and understanding of peace? Research done by John Diamond, M.D. has shown that, among many things, viewing certain images can have the effect of strengthening or weakening people. At the 1:21:40 mark in video below Meier is talking about our peace symbol and how upside down means death -
RE the main topic of this thread, I ordered a 10oz skull and a peace symbol. Am eagerly awaiting to see them now.
