If you think that you missed the boat on $15 silver, you can stop your worrying because $14 silver is on its way soon and you will actually be able to buy more silver because you missed that over valued $15+ boat. :)

Gotta get some stuff even if its at 15++ cos it might not be there when prices drop to 14 or lower!

    And seriously 1 dollar difference?!

Yeah, all the silver will disappear...poof...just like that as soon as you go to buy. :)

    $1 x 1000 ounces = a $1,000 gain for the enormously difficult work of....having a little patience.

Everyone must make up their own mind...mine is made up and apparently yours is too. We both like owning silver....we just happen to differ in a couple of ways in regards to buying the stuff.

I'm not even looking at low premium bullion, but semi-numis priced close to spot price (have stopped looking at low-premium bullion ever since spot started dropping).

From my own personal experience, some dealers de-list some semi-numis once spot prices go too low.

So yes, as you eloquently put it, *poof* they all disappear from their website!

Perth can mint as many 1/2oz, 2oz, 5oz, 10oz 2014 coins as they like until the end of 2014.

That means, if there is consumer demand, Perth will fill / process orders for wholesalers so...there could be a huge wad of coins waiting to be delivered to dealers in Jan, Feb, March...2015.

End of production does not mean the end of distribution.

Paying excessive prices for 2014 bullion coins is ridiculous especially when they are still being struck.

    So where is the break-out?

Not sure what chart some of you folk are looking at but silver was recently 15.05USD two weeks ago and now it closed at 15.58USD.

imo there's no need to rush into buying any large purchase of bullion.

Those who say, there's only a dollar dif and that long-term it doesn't matter...well...it does for a large purchase but... for Aussie folk who think the AUD will continue to fall against the USD then perhaps you'll need a different outlook.

Having said that, there's been some nice modern semi numismatics flushed into the market recently so...for some...it's a buying frenzy. ;) :D

    For buyers.............

Falling AUD and falling Spot = Not happy yellow pages Jan! :(

Rising AUD and falling spot = A happy yellow pages Jan! :)

There will always be bargains. ;) If you already have metal, you can wait. Stay cool and cashed up.

Kilos are not the best buy now in my opinion. Wait for lower prices. The way it's going, we're going to be sub-15 $ before New Year.

Not directed at anybody in particular, but I've been finding the doom & gloom here & elsewhere all a bit comical.

It's like the *inverse* of just a few years ago.

But instead of "to da moon!" -- it's now "to da depths of hell!"

If you think about it, there's really no difference between the two groups...

This time tomorrow we'll have an indication as to how the Swiss gold vote went, a watershed moment.
